Facilitated by: Heidi Abbott, Art Therapist & Career Development Specialist
Ideal for: Individuals in career transition or seeking greater fulfillment in their work
With art therapy, art-making becomes more than a creative activity; it becomes a tool to understanding how you want to live, work, and experience your life. Participants often discover hidden patterns in their career histories, renewed self-confidence, and a clearer sense of purpose. The shared group experience also creates a supportive space for connection, inspiration, and validation of each person’s desire to craft a life and career that feel genuine and meaningful.
Rooted in both career theory and the transformative power of art therapy, Pathways Through Career Transitions is designed to help you pause, reflect, and create your next steps.
Discover the art of choosing your path with intention.
A Sample of Weekly Session Themes
