Group Sessions

A Reflective Pause: Mindfulness Through Meditation and Journaling

Drop in on ZOOM on any Sunday in October and November 2025. 1:00 to 2:00 pm PST.

In today’s world, there’s so much coming at us that even everyday tasks can start to feel overwhelming. These Ssimple mindfulness practices can help soften the edges and bring a bit more ease into daily life.

In these sessions, we’ll explore how to meditate both on our own and together in a circle. We’ll also use journaling as a way to reflect on our experiences and deepen our mindfulness practice.

You’ll learn how to bring mindfulness to your body, mind, and breath and develop a daily meditation routine. Each week, we’ll focus on a different aspect of meditation while enjoying the support and connection of practicing in community.

Journaling will complement and enrich this process, helping you gain insight and clarity along the way. No prior experience with meditation or journaling is needed—you’ll be welcomed into a safe, supportive space to gently explore both.

The drop-in fee is $10.  You cancel anytime up to four hours before the session starts.
