Tending to Sorrow Together
This weekly art therapy group offers a safe, supportive space for individuals coping with grief and loss. Together, we’ll explore emotions, process experiences, and gently move toward healing through creative expression.
The sessions are designed to foster connection, build resilience, and provide comfort in a compassionate community. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of materials—including watercolour, acrylic, clay, textiles, and natural elements—as well as explore mindfulness and journaling practices.
No artistic skill or experience is required—just a willingness to explore. Art-making can be a powerful support during times of grief, helping to reduce stress, ease feelings of isolation, and express emotions that are difficult to put into words.
As your facilitator, I will guide a variety of activities to help you reflect on your journey, release emotions, and connect with others who understand what you’re going through.
